General Options

Connection Options:

• Max connections: maximum number of concurrent Internet connections. Increasing this value may boost your throughput several times.
• Max conneections per server: maximum number of concurrent Internet connections per server. Increasing this value may speed up or slow down the download process. Internet Standards prohibit setting this value higher than 2 connections per server. If the number of simultaneous connections does not increase after setting Max Connections to a higher value, increasing this value may be the only way to speed up the download.
• Pause between connections:Pause between successive connections to same server in seconds. Set this to several seconds to protect webservers from overloading.
• Max retries: maximum number of retries if a connection fails.
• Timeout: number of seconds to wait before a timeout occurs.

Startup Options:

• Open new project: opens new project at startup.
• Launch browser: automatically launches a browser window at startup.

• Stop if free disk space drops below: set the limit in kilobytes.
